1. I don't see the theme I want, can you print it?

YES! IF YOU DONT SEE WHAT YOU LIKE, JUST PROCEED WITH THE PURCHASE AND OUR DESIGNER WILL MAKE SURE TO FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, OTHERWISE YOU CAN ALWAYS DECIDE TO GET A REFUND IF WE CANT FIND IT. 

2. I don't see the size that I need, can you do "x" size?
Yes, you can select the closest size and let us know through the description box if there's a specific size you'd like to use.

3. Does the props stand alone? 
NO, but we sell the little legs to attach for just $0.99 cents, please make sure you add them to your order if you want them to stand.

3. How fast they actually arrive?
We do our best to print and ship next business day from the date you order, it usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

After making your purchase, send us through the ETSY chat the image you want to be printed.

If the image you want to be printed is not in good print quality we will try to fix resolution for free or send you many options to choose from our previous printings.

You only have to buy the Cutout of the size you need.

We'll print it and ship it next day (it may take 5 to 7 days to arrive via UPS, USPS or FedEx) important to note that we don't cover shipping costs if a return or replacement is needed for any reason, free shipping its a gift and it is complimentary with your first purchase! we are happy to replace even though is not our fault, but please know that we can't cover also the shipping cost twice.

(Note that if the Graphic Design service is involved in your purchase, delivery times may be extended)

- All images are referential and will not be commercialized to protect copyright.

- All cutouts will have white borders to protect the graphics while cutting.

All shipments are made through UPS, FEDEX or USPS.

All our Foamboard panels leave our Workshop well packaged but we are not responsible for damages that may occur once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your package arrives in poor condition, WE ARE HAPPY TO REPLACE THE ITEM AT NO COST, BUT WE DON'T COVER SHIPPING COSTS, we do our part replacing even though is not our responsibility, please be aware of this before purchasing.

We can process the order again, if you prefer a refund of money for your order, you must make the claim directly with the carrier.
