Peach Birthday Hat

            A party hat made of stiffened light peach felt with white/pale peach outlined #1, cut out peach next to it, trimmed with mini white pom poms on bottom and a peach/pale pink/white yarn pom pom on the top.  Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband.
