All personalized and custom orders are final. This includes all woodwork, custom party decorations, outfits, favors, and sets. If you need to make a return on an item that is not personalized or custom, we require that it is in the original packaging with tags still on it. We ship worldwide (except heavy woodwork items). If you live Outside the United States, please message us ahead of time with your location and what products you would like to order and we can discuss if we can ship to you and what the cost would be.
We ship all of our Items to everyone who lives in the United States and Canada. We offer delivery for Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire Residents depending on location and for a fee.
We allow pickup or meetup depending on our availability. Pickup would be no additional charge and Meetup would require a small fee.
If you live in MA, NH, OR RI , all of our products are available for purchase or for rent. Message us for rental pricing. We give deals for bundled orders. 
All handmade dresses are made to order and with the amount of detail that our design team puts into them, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. We are only able to work on a handful of dresses at a time. Message us prior to purchasing if you need your item sooner.
