This sign will be 30in tall and 8in thick.

made from High Density EPS  foam. YES ! That's the good quality foam and not the cheap foam that other sellers are using. This foam gives a more cleaner cut and more durable.

Plexiglass or wood piece to be used for table top is not included yet could be purchased at any home Improvement shop.
Balloons and decor are also not included. 

The Sign could be  used indoors and outdoors. In the garden in a pool or even on the table are some examples.Free Standing
