Service Description
How to Book: All parties require a contract and 50% deposit signed at booking. Fill out the Booking form and your requested party date. You will receive an email within 24 hours with your event contract. Once submitted you will receive a receipt and confirmation email with our official new client form. Please fill out the new client packet with your updated availability and someone from our team will reach out to schedule a consultation call with you. This is a reminder that we do not return calls/ have consultations / confirm bookings or respond to emails from Friday- Monday due to our busy event schedule. We will contact you on a Tuesday-Thursday schedule only. Please email Melissa@mycakesmash.com with any questions or concerns or if you do not receive contact within 24 hours. Cancellation Policy
Over 90 Day Cancelation- Will receive 50% of their retainer back Over 60 Day Cancelation0 Will Receive 25% of their retainer back. We do not allow Cancellations under 60 day notice. We will however work with you to reschedule your event within 1 calendar year from the date of cancelation. Cancellations will only be approved based on the severity of the matter. Examples include but are not limited to : Sickness, Covid, Death in the Family, Complete Loss or Devastation in some way, and severe weather or natural disaster that would cause a threat to life and safety. Once a package is purchased you may not down grade your package. Once a package is purchased you may upgrade your package. We do not allow cancellation of any individual custom products purchased. These products along with personalized products are 100% non-refundable.
